Hi everyone! I've been dealing with GAD with some panic for about 8 years now. It has its ups and it's downs. About 3 months ago I was in a car accident, I was rear ended with my 4 year old in the car with me. Everyone was okay besides my car, but since then my anxiety went through the roof. My main anxiety symptom is my breathing. I'm breathing, talking, yelling, But I feel like I can't breathe. I'm sure many can relate to this feeling... it's horrible! I do experience other symptoms as well sometimes too many to explain. Just looking for others who experience the same things I do to offer advice and vice versa. Thanks in advance :)

Using guided meditation to get your breathing back in sync with your mind will help there. I personally use the calm app for iOS. Either way, practice those two for a good while and you'll ease that tension :)
