hello fellow anxiety sufferers,

Any help out there on retraining your body's muscle memory? Basically any physical exertion or exercise causes my body to go into panic mode, my muscles tense up, breathing gets difficult, stomach becomes bloated. This will happen whether or not I am anxious or in a panic. At this point, I believe my body is just reacting with "muscle memory". It's really beating me up though! As, I am constantly sore or feeling lethargic. Thanks guys!

Go very, very slowly. Walk before you run. Then when you can walk, run a little.

Oh, and take some magnesium supplements if you don't already.
