Hi sofia, there are some your age that pop in from time to time. Some just a tad older and i have seen some younger.

Sofia, I wouldn't be surprised if there are some other people your age who pop in every so often, though maybe most of the people post are older. Regardless of age, there is a common thread between people with panic and other disorders. Still, it may be of great benefit for you to share your experiences and hear from others in your age group. It may be very beneficial to them. Although it's been a decade and a half since I was a teenager, I am pretty sure that with some web searches, you may find a message board where people share some of these experiences. That said, if this site is helpful, people seem quite welcoming, so keep posting/ reading...As someone now more than two decades removed from his first panic attack in Mrs. Varielle's eighth grade study hall and OCD since even before then, I am so happy that you are becoming aware of your anxiety and hopefully doing your best to live a full life.
