Eye issues??

Does anyone have any eye issues or symptoms due to their anxiety??

I experienced strange eye things too when my anxiety was at its highest....it certainly made my anxiety worse making me feel there was something really wrong with me....

I definitely do, it affects my vision quite often. Especially in bright lights, the shine kinda stays in your vision. Sometimes my vision is even a little more blurry.

Yeah my eyes do the blurry thing plus I feel like I squint a lot it's weird.

The squinting thing was weird to me in the beginning. Feels like you squint or blink without doing it. Random eye jumps are there, and whenever something electrical like ac turns on my vision does the blink thing. Quite strange
