Todayi had a really big panic attack. I was in my english class and suddenly I found myself in a huge struggle to breathe and my heart was really fast.
I asked my english teacher to go to bathroom but I started crying so I couldn't make it. My colleagues were laughing about me and it made it worse. I started to walk outside and when I passed the door I fell. I couldn't control my breathing.
It was really hard to make it gettinh better. When I was finally able to walk by myself, I saw so many people arround me that my heart accelerated even more so I couldn't breathe again.

Go and introduce yourself to your school councelor, get to know them, you're going to need their assistance friend.
Then, try to get in to see a doctor too. You're going to need their assistance also.
You'll get through this!
Have hope.

Hello Sophia, I am really sorry to hear about your panic attack. I think the Enduronman has given you some sound advice regarding what sounds very much like a panic attack. It is important to see a doctor about this, just to rule out anything other than anxiety. A school nurse may be helpful for that. I'd like to share with you my thoughts very briefly, as I also experience panic attacks and have for two decades now. I had my first attack 21 years ago as an eighth grader in a study hall and it was very scary. It's important to understand that a panic attack is actually a relatively harmless event in your brain. It may seem as if the world is ending, but it is not, I can guarantee that! There is a wealth of good information out there on how you can learn to handle these annoying little blips of the brain! One thing that helps for me is to take deep, deliberate breaths through my nose and exhale through my lips. Sometimes taking a deep breath for maybe five seconds, holding for five and releasing for five can provide a very calming experience for me. Do what works best for you. My other suggestion, and this is tough, I know, is to try to stick with where you and not flee to the hallway or bathroom unless you really feel you can't handle it. What this will do is give you an upper hand on the attacks. But first, please see if you can get into see a doctor. Good luck.
