Anyone?

I am having a really hard time sleeping at night. I keep waking up multiple times. I take Valium but I was thinking about taking Benadryl at bedtime to help me sleep. Would it interact with my Valium? Or does anyone else have a suggestion?

Guided Imagery Works wonders, Funny thing lately I have been listening to stand up comics before I go to sleep. Funny and something to laugh before I go to sleep but enough to keep my wondering mind focused on something till I am ready to fall asleep.
