Hello I am new to this forum finally happy I found it I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for some time on and off but last week has been really bad
I hope I can both offer support and get support on this forum
I would like to know if anyone suffers similarly as I do

Welcome aboard matey. You are NOT alone, I believe that many human beings out there in this modern world, and the most advanced countries more so, suffer this problem we call Anxiety. The more goal driven we are and higher hoops to dive through , in my case, the greater my feeling of anxiety.
