Im afraid of going outside on HOT days, especially.....

Like today there are a few important errands i need to do But cant until it cools way the heck down outside. I hate being so very heat sensitive. But, when your hot your hot and when your Not then you are Not. Kind of like , "I would if I could, but i cant so i wont!!!"

Yes I read your post!
Some people are more sensitive to heat than others.
I would drink some ice water to lower your core temperature, and take some with you too.
Maybe even take a cool shower too, then go run your errands.
