new here… think i might have anxiety?

lately the past few weeks, I have bee having the following symptoms, both in combination with each other and on their own:

shaking, headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate, tingling sensations in random parts of my body..

does this sound like what some of you have been going through? I'm 20 year old female and its just been very scary. In the middle of the night sometimes i wake up sweaty and dizzy. Honestly, I'm afraid I'm going to die sometimes. I know that sounds drastic, but I'm just very scared and came across this forum.

Sure sounds like what we've all been through, no, you're not going to die.
Make arrangements to see your doctor, and ask to be referred to a therapist before it gets any worse on you friend.
They'll start out with some simple blood test to rule anything else out I'm sure. No big deal.
