Need your info please

Hi guys! Does any of you here experience itchy, painful, like you are being poke with needles all over your body? I feel this especially when my body warms up like exercising, being in a hot weather or even when I am under my comforter at night..I am used to take citalopram 10mg and 4 months ago I started taking a higher dose, citalopram 20 mg as per my doctors advice. I don't know if maybe I am allergic to a higher dose since I started to feel this way when I took the 20mg. What so you think guys?

It's just over active nerve endings, caused by your thoughts.
I sometimes get this same thing, especially at night when I let anxiety get the best of me, and when I'm tired too.
It usually doesn't last long as when I realize it, I slow my breathing and remove the thoughts that are causing it to happen. It then stops.
Try drinking some ice water, and take some magnesium to relax the muscles and body. It may even help to relax the mind too.
You may be simply dehydrated too or intake too much sodium/salt..try to limit that as well.
