I was doing so well my Dr and I agreed I could drop from 100mg to 50. However I'm now going back up.
All the crap thoughts came flooding back and the panic attacks started. I really don't want to be on them any more and am just a big mess.
Me and my bf are meant to be going Morocco in November to explore but today I couldn't find anything to wear that didn't make me look hideous. God he's going to leave me if I can't keep it together.
Nearly all the clothes I bought have to go back now because I hate them. Just a massive waste of everyones time. I'll look crap on the holiday snaps no matter what I wear don't know why I tried.
Really thought I would be off the meds soon and everything would be fine. Such a moron.
