Hi,
My name is Noah, I am a 19 year old who has been dealing with anxiety for around five years now. For the most part, I have done very well in getting over my anxiety issues and I haven't had a panic attack in around 6-8 months. However, I'm more then ready to be completely finished with the whole ordeal (wishful thinking?).
Anyways, for the most part I know exactly what my anxiety symptoms are so I no longer get scared of them nor do they send me into a panic attack. The main problem I'm having now is this feeling of being in a dreamlike/ distant state during the day where I feel out of body. It will happen randomly during the day however, I've noticed it happens a lot when I'm walking outside or when I'm alone in general. Seeing as this is an anxiety forum, I'm sure many of you know exactly what I'm talking about.
I feel like this is the tail end of my anxiety, and if it wasn't for these out of body experiences, I probably wouldn't even notice that I have an anxiety problem. My question to you is, those of you that have had this type of sensation, what did you do to overcome it?
Thanks.
