chest pain with anxiety

How common is chest pain with anxiety and what causes it? Had this 2 years now I've had tests and all is OK but still I get it and worry. I also get upper back pain daily as well

All pretty common with anxiety James..
I would guess that it's just caused by stress if all test appear to be ok.
