Needle-like painful itching

Hi guys, 3 or 2 months ago, I felt new sensations every time my body warms up like having the heat in the car, when I get out under hot weather and 5 to 8 minutes after I start to run then I get these white bumps like i am having goose bumps.and also when I startled..I get this needle pricking sensation with itchiness all across by body including my scalp. The sensation doesn't stop until I manage to cool myself down like turning the air condition in the car. I normally do not react to heat like this..do any of u experience the same things? Is this part of anxiety symptoms? Please help..thanks!
