Good day all,
so for the past month or so, or longer I wake up with my head mostly my forehead feeling heavy! My eyes and vision feel weak, eyes are burning and sensitive to light. We usually go to the mall on a weekend to just walk around and eat something. However lately I feel like my head is spinning and feeling off balance in crowds?? It makes anxiety rise even more then, and it feels like I'm in a dream or more like a nightmare!!! But as soon as I get home I feel ok, the bad vision is still there but not the spinning feeling. Went to the doctor yesterday, told her about everything she wants me to do a sinus x-ray, another eye test and I need to go see a neurologist if my head heaviness doesn't go away! I didn't do this because my medical aid is exhausted. This sucks I'm feeling more stressed due to the reason that she said I must go see a neurologist! Anyone else have my symptoms? Is it just anxiety? If so, what can I do to make it all go away?
