Sinus HELP!

Good day all!

For the past month or so I have this pressure on my forehead as well as on the bridge of my nose with a slight burn in my nose. Its really irritating and I was just wondering does anyone else have this, and if so what will help to clear it up? Its making my anxiety worse please help?

Hello Lisa yes I have this a lot Hun it's a right pain
I sometimes take the sinus medicines
Tho I steam with Vic's or anything like that.
I even fill the sink up with hot water and put some in the sink close the door and run my bath and that can help and also I like the smell lol

Had my sinuses checked cuz of the same thing . Realized it was anxiety and away it went :)

Yup, could be tied to your anxiety.

But maybe not ! Get it checked by a MD. If it's a sinus infection, it's nothing serious (thank God for antibiotics). If it's not then you will know it's your anxiety flaring up and deal with it.
