As my Grandma has just had an operation on her hip, which went well by the way, I should go to see her.
Every single time I have been in one, or a doctors, I've had a panic attack. Hospitals scare me so much.
It's not a question of whether I should go or not, I should go. But how can I manage this 'phobia' of hospitals?
Just the thought of them sends a bad feeling to me.

Easy. Quit viewing them as this dreadful environment. Consider them a place of healing. People go to hospitals to get better. No matter from what form of injury or illness. A positive light in the darkest of corners will reveal a path of comfortable travel.

You know what? Never thought of it in that way, wow. Always seen them as where people have bad experiences, feel ill etc. Thanks

So with this mindset, I won't panic?
