Childhood trauma's

Hi,

I am not looking to form a hypothesis, but I am curious how many of us had trauma/abuse in our child hood? I did, and I believe that is a large part of my issue with anxiety attacks. This is not a over generalization...there are many reasons.

What do you think for your own experience?

Besides my mom getting me really bad haircuts, I had no trauma

I do recall being anxious and shy as a little kid

I think anxiety was in me since my family seemed to have it as well

They kinda screwed me from the get go

I'm gonna go now. Going to cuss my mom out for giving me this shit.
