Anyone feel like the heart palps are in your gut, like the diaphragm, giving a horrible feeling? I already sleep sitting propped up, because I cant stand how they feel and I get them if I lay down. So tonight im getting quite a few sitting down so im standing next to me bed watching a movie, typing on here. It feels better when I stand, like there's more pressure on my gut, when I sit it feels vunerable and then palps. They cause me anxiety and I cant sleep until im beyond tired. I just tried eating fruit hoping maybe it's my potassium level but that isn t helping. Recently went to ER and they said I had low potassium. Idk what it is. I am pmsing too. Hormone related? Idk why it feels better to stand, not that I cant get them while standing. Ive bee told that I have PAC'S. There has to be a way to get rid of these they are ruining my life ! 33 mother of 2.
