Hi,
I haven't logged in AF for months now, I hope everyone is doing well and dealing with their anxiety/panic easily. I have been doing awesome. Seems like I am worse when it's winter and I don't get out of the house enough. I'm still on my meds, but I'm actually starting next week lowering them so I can get off them completely.
