Since I find it quite funny, although uncomfortable, I thought I'd share this. I have the strangest symptom at the moment, although I am not quite sure if it's anxiety related. It could be due to a lack of sleep, because I only had about 4 hours last night.

The only way I can describe it is: it feels like someone has emptied a bottle of fizzy drink in my head and it's fizzing every now and again. I've had this before and it usually stops after a few seconds. Today it's not really going but it's less intense than usual.

I've laid down a bit and rested and seem to feel a little. So is it anxiety? Not sure... The strangest symptoms can happen sometimes, just trying to see the light side of it...

Pop rocks in the head? LOL Seriously a tingling in the head, fizzing, is the physiological expression of anxiety, emotion etc. Like getting a chill, or shiver, or sweating. The body reflects the unconscious mind in fascinating ways, sometimes uncomfortable. However the body doesn't lie. Sorry you're experiencing this, but it shall pass too.

Peace

I seriously did not know that :D It usually passes so fast, so I decided to post it here and see if it was actually anxiety related. I have been feeling a bit more anxious the past few days. That makes total sense. Only downside is that I do feel slightly of with the soda pop in my head lol
