How do you get over heartbreak?

I'm going through a breakup. I miss him so bad. It makes me physically sick. And i get so anxious that this feeling will never go away. Has anyone else dealt with this? How do you get through it?

Oh boy, that a tough one. They say time heals all wounds ( i must be a slow healer ). It will go away though. Some grieving and then some redirection of thoughts, maybe.

I would typically grab a six pack and go sleep with another girl.

That always helped a lot.

That seems more a guy thing than for girls but I don't know for sure.

Otherwise keep busy with family and friends.

And put a few extra hours in at the office. May as well get a promotion out of it
