Sore neck from lymph nodes

Anybody ever have a sore neck, on the right side, where their lymph nodes are?

A sore neck? I've had aches in my neck, numbness, tightness....

First off, don't say it's from lymph nodes. You seem to be worried about your lymph nodes and that's why you get pains there. Sore is possible, neck throbs, shooting pains or tightness. Anxiety indeed.

Yes, many times, and I also think there is something wrong with my lymph nodes. It comes when I'm very, very stressed.

Could be down to anxiety. I use to (still have) all sorts of pain that sometimes do not make sense. However, I am no physician and if the pain continues I always say to have it checked by your GP. Even if it is nothing, better save than sorry.
