I am a graduate student studying linguistics at a university in Indiana (hence the handle). I have suffered periods of anxiety on and off for some time. Recently I suffered a major anxiety period some months ago after a period of extreme boredom and loneliness. (The summer between Spring and Fall semester is always a lonely time for me.)
Although, I haven't really felt major anxiety, I haven't really felt happy. I have just been feeling kind of 'blah'. I'm now looking for a way to regain my confidence and joy.
