Im almost 100% this is the tablet im just starting to come off anyhow... I was lying down the other night... And i thought i heard something winging on the hook behind me that holds th punch bag! Npw i truely belived id hung myself with a rope and ended it all and that id come out of my body as a soul! Thats when the panic hit me and i screamed out to my mu who was lying next to me because of thr type of thoughts i was having anyway! I was too scared to look behind in case i saw myself hanging and told my mum to look who then reassured me nothing had happened! Im terrified of this happening or that it will happen again... Ive never believed so much that id killed myself!!! So scary!:((
