Severe anxiety attack

Hi. I'm currently dealing with a very strong panic attack right now. It all started with a phone call over a life changing decision I'm very uncertain about committing to. I just went into full panic mode when I felt outside pressure being put on me, nearly broke my phone in the process. I'm still reeling from it all even though it happened an hour ago. I don't know really what to do. I want to reach out to friends but none are readily available plus most are busy with their own families and I don't want to bother them. I'm not sure what else I could do in the immediate than call a help line and I remembered this place so I thought I'd post.

I'm angry at myself cause I feel this is ruining my life. I've always been anxious but it's only been in adulthood where it's come to the point I feel this threatens me the most. I'm looking for a solution and uncertain where to turn.
