This question has always bugged me, never been able to express it right.
You know, as you panic your heart beats faster, right? At what speed does it become a panic attack? I've had times when I would be having quite intense symptoms like derealization and vertigo but not a fast heart beat, and I've had times when my heart would be going VERY fast, so fast you can actually feel it everywhere, but not that many other intense symptoms.
