Need Help I'm scared

Since yesterday my feet has been tingling it has gotten me scared that I am panicking I'm afriad that I may get a stroke or a seizure out of nowhere .

Hi Alex - Try to stay calm. Feet tingling is generally not a sign of stroke or seizure. You should probably see a doctor though. Begin to trust that you will be OK.
