:D i had a very good day spent outside my home ----
sometimes i get these really good days ,,, and take advantage of them . i went to 2 safe places with my husband and a new place with a worker . that one was really hard , i shook alot but the other 2 made up for it .. i call these days winners and write down everything so i can study what i did right .... i may stay in for awhile but todat i beat my fear
