Numb pinky and weird feeling in the elbow

Has anyone ever hit their elbow and their pinky went numb?

I think that's just short term nerve issue. When i am at my desk i lean on my elbows while i do my work on the computer my hands and fingers are always numb and tingly, always. It does go away however.
