Hi everyone I'm Sarina and I finally talked myself into trying this to help with my extreme social and generalized anxiety. It took a lot to get myself to try this!
I'm open to talking to anybody who wants to talk about their anxiety also. (: Just thought I would introduce myself! If anyone would like to know anymore info a reply would be much appreciated ^_^.
