Hello, I'm new to the forum. I'm been quietly suffering for near all my life with anxiety but have recently been clinically diagnosed with social anxiety and agoraphobia(that's a fairly new development for me, I've been seemingly trapped in my home for 3 years now.) I have reached a point in my life where I want to start fighting back, especially since my own mother suffers from schizophrenia. I hope that participating in this forum will help me stay motivated towards better my quality of life. :)
