Worst for anxiety = June and July

Worst for depression = December and October

Best months = April and September

Tough question to answer. I guess:

October - November: A little depressed and lethargic, much to do with the weather I think
July - August: Anxiety

Best months for me are the summer months of June, July and August because I can get out and exercise more and that helps my anxiety. Worst months are Jan, Feb and March because it's cold and dark outside and I stay in more and get less exercise.

Worst for depression: winter months (November-February)
Not sure about my anxiety really because I've had a resurgence of anxiety symptoms in the last 6 months or so after not having it so bad for quite some time.

October - march, anxiety

April - September, minimal anxiety ( I hope haha)

Once you declare a time or place that things get worse, they will have a hard time ever getting better

Much like most anxiety related thought, self fulfilling prophecy.

Worst months for me are January and February. February should be a good month since I was born in February, but it's not the case. October usually isn't nice to me either. Probably because if it getting colder and the days get shorter.
