What foods cause panic attacks?

I think that what food(s) can trigger or cause panic attacks can vary from person to person. For example some people are very sensitive to caffeine so drinking large amounts of it may trigger anxiety or panic attacks. Using myself as an example, I have noticed that consuming a lot of sugary foods and drinks can make me very jittery.
I actually did a web search and found a link for foods that are suppose to help reduce panic symptoms http://www.livestrong.com/article/353540-foods-that-help-panic-attacks/
When I web searched for how diet can affect anxiety this is what I came up with http://panicdisorder.about.com/od/livingwithpd/a/whatyoueat.htm
Hope one or both of these helps.

I have a panic attack every time i see the prices at that grocery store, lol. I think superchick is right. caffeine in moderation is great but when you overuse not so good. Sometimes certain food will cause panic, say you are on a diet ( this is just an example ) and you eat something you know is not good for you that could possibly cause anxiety as would eating to much sugar. Maybe you eat something that you have never tried and the stomach starts "gurgeling"that to could give some panic.

For me specifically it is food or drink with caffeine content. Foods that are to rich in fat also tend to set me off, maybe that is a personal thing I don't know :D
