Lets write down one big goal that you want to work towards this week that maybe your anxiety holds you back from doing.
We are will show support by giving an encouraging statement to the person before writing your goal.

My goal is to hold conversation with people without having the urge to want to want to end it so fast due to my anxiety of talking with people!

My goal is to start going to bed a a normal time, and waking up in the morning.

I would like to be able to take public transit by myself (even if only for a few stops) - public transit is a major panic zone for me

I would like to be able to leave the house more often. Its will take time, but I know I will beat Agoraphobia.
