Last summer I went out I didn't realise how hot it was I went out with my friends with a tight top, jeans and baseball jacket I had a red rash covering my chest and around my nipples. It was none itchy and like small red dots/blotcehes it persisted for around 1.5 weeks it was real hot I remember going out most days and was covered in sweat. Can sweat rashes be none itchy and last this long? and match my description thanks

Hi Charles
Has the rash responded to antihistamine?

If it's cleared up altogether without any treatment there is nothing to worry about. :)
If it reoccurs try antihistamine (provided you are not diabetic).
The heat can bring out all sorts of rashes (sweat rash, hives and so on) it could even be a reaction to deodorant, soap, airborne seeds, pesticides and so on.
If it was viral and only in one place on your body it would indicate shingles, but this is generally VERY painful as it involves the nerves.
So, most likely heat rash. :)
