Hey everyone, 20 year old female from Canada here. I was diagnosed with GAD a few years back, but I've never been on any medication for it. I'm glad to have found a community where I feel like I'll have more understanding of what I experience, even if anxiety seems to run in the family.

I'll be starting an Animation program at college in the fall, I love to write and draw, and big fan of ancient history. I'm quite the David Bowie fan too.
