anxiety related throat sensations

hi all, just curious to see what feelings people with anxiety get in and around there throat. i get tight achey feelings and also like a lump in my throat feeling like a need to burp all the time.

I used to always get that lump in my throat and it would become really dry.
It's not one of the nicest symptoms of anxiety

I have exactly the same... Everything goes dry and as though i cant swallow and as though there is lump there that wont go and i try to swallow but it stays and doesnt go!

I have it it from the time I probably was 14 do not worry you get used it:))
