I have that too. I sometimes think it's CTS but my doctor thinks it isn't. It's like I can't put my hands straight out, always curved. I've heard it's common when anxious.

The main way you can distinguish between CTS and it being anxiety symptomatic is whether it is still numb when you are calm and happy. If it's constant, my doctor says, it's CTS. If it's not and follows a pattern of being linked to panic then it's anxiety.

The Numbness comes and goes but the twitchiness stays nearly all day it feels like a nerve is going wild getting fed up with it

Might be anxiety? I'm no medical or mental expert though haha.

One of my friends told me a very useful piece of advice, she has panic attacks as well: Tell Yourself "I am now breathing manually", this psychologically makes you aware of your breathing and it returns your breathing to a good rhythm. It's best to say it before a panic attack gets out of hand though, just when you feel it coming it works very good for me.

When I get panic attacks they are normally at work or college so I can't just relax and go for a walk or lay down, so it's quite a problem for me.
