hi everyone,
just hoping for some reassurance really, i've been getting funny cramp feelings in my arms and legs on and off for a couple of weeks. they only last for 10 minutes or so at a time, and probably less than 5 times a day but every time i get one i freak out about what crazy disease i might have!
does anyone else get cramps like this?
