So tomorrow is my first appointment with my psychiatrist I was wondering if anybody can or would be willing to share their first experiences with a psychiatrist and what I should expect or what kind of things is even talked about initially I know every situation is different but can anybody share with the jits of just how it kind of goes ... I'm not nervous just very curious

It will flow very easily and smoothly. They know how to make you comfortable and once you start talking you'll see it feels really good to share these things you go through with someone who won't judge but understands.
