This post is currently inspired by the fact that I have a headache and overall don't feel well. My anxiety has been okay today but as soon as I started feeling rocky my anxiety has increased significantly. I'm not obsessing over what is/isn't causing me to feel not so great so that wouldn't be causing the increase in anxiety levels.
Does anyone have any tips on how I could bring my anxiety levels down? I'm not so much worried about the headache and other symptoms right now, just wanting to keep myself from having a panic attack.

Hi superchick

The best thing I can suggest is distraction, keeping busy can be great at keeping panic attacks at bay as you mind is focused elsewhere.
Hope you are ok

Thanks petrified. Think I have a migraine so I've been trying to relax a bit. I managed to distract myself for a bit which helped my anxiety level go down significantly. Its amazing how easily a person's anxiety can spike when they don't feel well.

Yeah I no mines been spiked today as I too have been having migraines I think mine are due to my sinuses and the pollen count being high.
Pleased your feeling a little better though :-)
