long term neck pain...help..

I don't know if it's 'normal' for 'us' but I have been suffering with neck pain for months now. I fine it hard to turn my neck either way and I get a lot of headaches, some that turn into migraines, other are just dull and annoying. Stretching my muscles by exercising seems to help me but the stiffness is always there .

My two girlfriends both have fibromyalgia and they do not have anxiety like me, but they are always complaining about neck pain.

You say that stretching your muscles helps, so maybe you need to have your neck checked by a doctor. I am a big proponent of physical therapy so maybe they can teach you some thing to help.

I have neck pain but I have a bulging disc and straightening of the cervical lordosis. If you have constant neck pain you may have something similar to me, but they are nothing to worry about.

i suffer from neck pain every day
