These days about a 5. I used to love spicy foods, but I would pay for it with heartburn afterwards. Eaten early enough in the day maybe a 7, but not later and 6 hours before bed.

I like things to be pretty hot, but not killer. If the food is too hot it ruins the meal. 9/10 seems pretty good to me.

Hate all spicy foods. Wouldn't go near them. Like to keep it simple.

I still like them, however abused myself in the past with spicy food which impacted on my acid levels reflux and esophagitis. I use in small doses although still sometimes over do it.

This is a thing now ok :p I'll be down as long as I enjoy the base of the food, like if it's this really good tasting like soup or something without the spicy-ness and it just happens to be spicy.
