Thought of the day is that fear of failure is behind most if not all of my anxiety. And it is self fulfilling, because the anxiety renders me less capable.
Two pronged approach to solve this that I am working hard on
1. not dwelling on the fear and trying to be determined to carry on but in a gentle way
2. trying to lead with the heart, more heart = less ego, the ego is the one afraid of failing and causing intrusive repetitive thoughts and thereby CHOKING the life out of me
It's hard my friends, but I think back to younger more optimistic times and I've already EXCEEDED all the dreams my ego ever had....time to change course.
