Please help I'm freaking out ... The past couple nights I've been sweating at night... Well yesterday my throat started hurting and my back and neck was very achy... This morning I keep getting hot and cold sore throat achy headache and the left side of my neck hurts soooooo bad like I can't even move it without hurting it I think it's a little swollen too!!!! Am I dying???
