Hi Guys,

I've previously used this forum, and I believe it's been a great tool in helping people.

For the last few months I've been working on a kickstarter project researching how we can use a panic diary app to recognise triggers, patterns, lifestyle issues related to panic attacks and anxiety.

For example we can identify in testing that x% of people find they're panic attacks are worse after taking caffeine and this is unchanged by Sertraline however taking Sertraline without caffeine gives an x% reduction in panic attacks after lunch.

I'd really appreciate any feedback.

Thanks,

I think it's a great idea. Are there any apps already out there for anxious people or people with panic attacks? (I don't have a smartphone). But really great idea. There's an app for everything these days it seems!

Theres a few apps which do things like breathing and calming music, But we really focus on the long term goals. Which I think at the moment is pretty unique.

Well, I think what you're doing is a really good idea. I did a search and found there are apps out there, but yours does sound unique in that it will identify triggers. Good luck!
