I meet with my doctor on Monday. I haven't had a big anxiety attack in over a month. The facial twitching has stopped and my skipped beats are now down to once a day. I'm feeling like myself again. :)

Well, it was happy times... Until my kitten just passed away and I'm feeling anxious again already.

Well, it was happy times... Until my kitten just passed away and I'm feeling anxious again already.

2 hours and 12 minutes isn't a long enough victory party

But keep in mind that you found a way to feel better so it is in you to find the same path this time

And sorry about your kitten. That sucks

My cat is a pain in the ass but I like her for some reason

I was feeling better for a month actually... Not 2 hours and 12 minutes.

I have been good for the past five weeks. The twitching has stopped! YEY! Now if the palpitations would stop, I would be alright, however I ignore them and they happen less often.

It has been wonderful. I'm meeting with a Nutritionist because of my 'heart' fear. I keep fearing that I will have a heart attack. Thus the palpitations. But everything else has stopped. My doctor said he was impressed and that meeting with the Nutritionist will help ease my mind a little. (:

Been a few months.... My palpitations are stopping for the most part and I'm happy and adventurous again. It's like the old me has resurfaced. No panic attacks, nothing. My heart does race occasionally, however I try and ignore it as best I can and it goes away. Just found ways to get all the negative thoughts out of my head and I'm good to go. I want to thank everyone for the help during my time here. It's been one thrilling ride that I never want to go back to again.
