Hi all
I am going through a very busy, stressful time with work and life in general is very very busy. I know my anxiety levels are increasing and it is triggering my health anxiety. I have been suffering with bad headaches which makes me think brain tumour, chest pains, pains in my abdomen and nausea. I am trying to be rational but now feel in the cycle of these thoughts. If you can share any advice on how to best manage I would be really grateful thanks
