Valium/ diazapam

Anyone take this ? I take cipralex just took half a Valium and feel super fucked I think i had a mini attack I felt so weird and high ???

Yeah I take Valium and it can really really help. It is usually oinly used for very short term relief of anxiety symptoms as we can become Dependant on it unfortunately. My doc prescribed it for me as "the nuclear option" ie when anxiety is Realky bad. It will make u tired yes but it's very good at helping to take down the anxiety symptoms for a few hours. If u need to take it just be sure to rest up don't drive and just go with it. It's perfectly okay to take occasionally if prescribed by doc.

I take it too. Only 1/4 of a 5mg tablet and it is enough to level me off without all the weirdness.

Try to cut back on how much you take at a time, if a quarter tablet doesn't do it then take another quarter tablet.

This stuff is quite potent and a little goes a long way.
